Our treatments are solely based on lengthening tight muscles and working with your FASCIA! This is your body's biological fabric that connects everything to everything! Using a stretching based approach allows us to restore flexibility by incorporating a variety of different techniques (Passive Stretches, Active Release, and PNF - Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation). There's no better way to experience our unique approach than to experience it for yourself!
Our prices range depending on the type of membership purchased. We typically suggest 3, 6, or 12 month treatment plans with frequencies ranging from 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. Meet with one of our certified Stretch Therapists for a FREE Consult to discuss what plan is best for you. Single Drop-in rates are also available upon request.
